Previously I was at Google (twice, for 15 years total), Microsoft, and a successfully-acquired startup. Before tech I was journalist, and before that, a mechanical engineer. In my soul I am a writer.

I have two young kids and I am both worried for and excited about the world they will grow up in. Let’s try and make it a good one.
